Our Inn

Our Inn is the 134 year old Queen Ann Victorian mansion, built by Alexander Rodgers, Sr. in 1877. This five bedroom, 5,000 square foot home sits on the bluffs of Muskegon Lake, just minutes from Lake Michigan sugar sand beaches and the downtown business district.

After guests make their reservations with us, we look forward to welcoming them to the Inn. Arrival can be any day, Monday thru Sunday, and is typically from 3-6 PM daily, unless the guests make other arrangements prior to their arrival. When they arrive, they check in at our front desk to register and pay for their stay. We generally take them on a tour of the first floor to familiarize them with the Inn’s layout and show them the location for breakfast! We take them upstairs to their room, show them how to work all the special features of the room, and then take a short tour of the second floor including a visit to the second floor Pergola.
